How I Started: I've always been interested. Now I'm fat and have two kids and really want to get into shape. I'm really glad I foudn this site.
Why I Love It: The way I feel after working out, and looking in the mirror/stepping on scales and seeing the differences daily.
How I Stay Motivated: My kids. I want to have a long life with them and my wife.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
12-15 because I'm still buying weights and don't have enough weights yet to do more weight/less reps.

1 minute. It's the amount of time it takes me to feel ready, I don't know.
