A friend of mine got me some weights and a weight bench, it was kind of a sign, and when i looked in the mirror i finally saw what everyone else was seeing. I was fat and it was time to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
After a few weeks of working out in my basement i started to get bored and didn't know why. my friend brought me to the gym and my eyes opened wide. once i joined i was hooked. it helps relieve my aggression and feel better at the same time.
How I Stay Motivated:
by knowing that my three young kids look up to me and when they get older and see that i can stay lean and large then i can only hope that they will see things the same way.
BB Accomplishments:
i lost 50lbs of bodyfat in 6 months and put on 15lbs of lean body mass in 3 months.

Impressive changes. Loose the jersey though. You would look better in the rouge, blanc et bleu of the Habs. :-) I had to give up on Hockey Night in Toronto on CBC. A definite lack of variety in teams. In the good old days they used to show regional games. Now it is TO and everyone else. :-)
