Vale3rd Hope your injury gets better bro, just work on upper-body for now (like you've been doing), you might even want to try the hack-squat machine, that's what I use, to not have soo much strain on my feet. Oh and thanks, my tris are the most responsive on my body x). Awesome upper body bro, keep at it. Dec 11, 2012 11:45am

Vale3rd Dang, anthony, you gots to be careful bro. I have flat feet as well and I cant play sports much, if I do, my ankles swell-up to the size of grapefruits and if I gain more than 185lbs my feet just hurt non-stop. I used to wear some shoes as a kid that would help with the flat feet but they were a pain to wear and heavy, so I just told my parents to buy me regular shoes. Dec 11, 2012 11:34am
