Reason: Through our PM's, we discovered that we have something in common. Andrew is very insightful and always offers something that will encourage and help you. He sets goals for himself and works to reach them. He's helped me with a sample diet and I appreciate his BS friendship!

Reason: Where do I begin with this brotha? This man is dedicated, outgoing, and knowledgable when it comes to health and fitness. One of the things that I appreciate most about him is his willingness to share what he has learned/researched with others. He is continually making improvements with his own body, mind, and spirit and encouraging others to do the same. I pray you continued success man! Thanks for everything! Oh, by the way, he has killer abs too!

Reason: No gym for 26 miles, over 40 and in wonderful shape thanks to "fitness in the outdoors". Just shows that you really can be in wonderful shape when you have nothing but a field and trees to train with. I just hope he doesn't talk to them.

Reason: One of my closest personal friends on this site since Oct '08. He's been by my side through some tough times. He's made an AMAZING transformation. He's serious about reaching his goals. I'm ALWAYS inspired by him and he continues to motivate me. I dare you to match his drive and determination! Can't wait to see him compete. He's a 1st Place Winner in the making!
