"I want to continue to make changes to my physique (gain muscle while maintaining low bodyfat). I want to look better at 46 than I do at 45 (Sept 3)."

I've been searching my archives to try and find a picture of me out of shape. I can't find those I took in March of this year when I started my fitness quest. But I felt it important to post this. Until recently, I let how my life was going impact how I took care of myself. I was in Syracuse at the time and had access to a FREE gym and did not use it. Although I finally kicked myself into gear and lost the weight. I once again let things slide when I left Syracuse after losing everything in 2006 (The economy is the worst up there...I'm sorry. Just Honest). Things still aren't optimal, but now, I realize that I can get into reasonably good shape WITHOUT the gym or spending huge amounts of money. I hope this inspires those of you who are having trouble getting started to get going. You can do it!

These are my final pics of 2009 and represent how I look 4 days into my 15th workout cycle after taking 3 weeks off! I'm not displeased at what I'm seeing, but am motivated to continue improving. My legs seem to be recovering first from the time taken off! I was surprised at how they look. I'm looking forward to adding some size in 2009! Constructive feedback and suggestions are always appreciated!

Statistically, this was the MOST popular pic I took during 2009! I was and still am critical of the chest area. Here is what I wrote when I posted it:
"I took this photo as a 'profile' pic. I like the photo. It represents a week of "cleaner" eating (salads, lean meat, etc.) and an intensification of my workouts. I can see getting the chest under control soon! LOL! Constructive criticism and feedback always appreciated."

This is one of my favorite pictures of 2009. This is because I remember that the workout went VERY well! I also feel that I was looking as good as I looked during the entire year! Constructive criticism and feedback is always appreciated!

This picture doesn't yet reflect the work I've done on my back in the past few months. My back and chest remain the areas that I want to improve the most in 2010! More pull-ups, heavier lifts, and a cleaner diet are what I most need to concentrate on. The back of the legs aren't looking too bad in the shot! LOL! :)Constructive feedback and suggestions are always appreciated!

I wanted to take a pic from the side to see how the chest was coming along. Right now after 3 weeks off I will take it! The abs are also starting to clean up and the arms look ok. I'm not totally dissatisfied! I will definitely keep working. Constructive feedback and suggestions are always appreciated!

I was trying to figure out a way to show my quads. They are improving with the weighted leg exercises. This pic was taken after my leg workout! I look forward to increases in size during the next year! Constructive feedback and suggestions are always appreciated!

@my Buddy Jazzy Jersey! The 3 pounds are almost gone. The abs are starting to clean up again. This pose took me a great deal of time to get used to. I thought for the longest it was the worst view. It improved over 2009 and I expect more improvement in 2010. Especially as I concentrate on using more weight and EATING CLEANER!Constructive feedback and suggestions are always appreciated!
