Ira! I certainly hope that you and your family are enjoying your day! 234 pounds! Congrats! I'm just getting back in the groove. Just finished eating a reasonable sized meal. Did 2 full body mini workouts on yesterday and today! We are off to see Grandma for a few minutes. Her condition is greatly improved since starting dialysis---the 92 year old wonder! Thanks for hitting me up and I look forward to talking with you!

LOL! The 3 pounds are coming off! I get to weigh myself when I take Grandma to Dialysis. I went from 160.5 to 163.5 over a period of almost 3 weeks.Been eating horribly. I don't celebrate Christmas (no Biblical command to do so)but the majority of the family does. So, there will be food and I will eat, mostly taste, but not overindulge! I am looking forward to Sunday to get started with the new workout cycle. I plan to be fairly aggressive with a few new exercises and watching the diet.

I'm glad I could be of service! Congrats on the PRs! I'm looking forward to getting back after it on Monday. I found a great backpack in the thriftstore and will be adding a lot of weight to my exercises for this next cycle. I'm looking forward to it. I gained 3 pounds over the past few weeks and will get that off next week. Grandma is doing very well. The dialysis is working. It's like she's in her 70's LOL! Thanks for checking in.

Most definitely keeping it 100! The guns are looking especially awesome! Keep up the good work! I will be back at it on a light schedule the remainder of the week and then hit the new workout cycle on Monday!

Greetings Ira! Always a pleasure to hear from you. I take it school has calmed down for a little bit and that you are getting somewhat of a break. I've been out helping Grandma out! She's doing great. I'm about to ease back into the workouts. Cycle 15 next week. Going light starting tomorrow or Wendnesday. I hope you and yours are well!

Thanks T! I will be still be going with Grandma to dialysis and to help her out, but won't have to stay overnight. As far as how I look, I need to take a few pics to see the "damage." The profile pic is about 2 weeks old! LOL!

If I ever get my hands on some 50 pound dumbells, I'll be right with you. I think this is the biggest impediment to my further muscle development. Thanks again for the plyometric link. I'm looking forward to adding the exercises to cycle 15. Keep it 100!

Not looking fat by most folks standards, but definitely not as "clean" looking. I will work on that this weekend. As far as my fee, a couple of client referrals will do once I get certified! LOL! Hang in there! I'm off to dialysis with Grandma this morning.

Took some time off to stay with Grandma! My aunt is now home and will be spending the winter months with her. I will continue to go with her to dialysis and help with other things. The workouts, I think, will resume next week. As far as eating, I simply say don't deny yourself, just eat a little bit of the things you like. Hang in there!

Thanks for stoping through! Back at home now. Got to do ESE this weekend to get the system back in fat-burning mode. Prepping for the start of my 15th workout cycle. Adding some plyometric elements to Thursday's workout. Any suggestions appreciated! I hope all is well with you and yours.

Family has to come first. As both of us know times are indeed tough. You have to lean on family and they have to be able to lean on you. As far as workouts, this was my week off between workout cycles. I will ease back into things next week and then begin a new workout cycle. I'm looking a little soft. Haven't watched the diet being so busy. Have a great weekend!
