Description: 440 lb dead lift @ 150 lbs.
Dec 23, 2008.
Monday- legs and shoulders- medium heavy smith fronts (close feet), 3x5 heavy leg press + leg curls
Tuesday- back - deads/rack pulls (alternate each week-- that's the current plan--heavy enough to destroy erectors on heavy deads day and heavy enough again to destroy upper back on rack...
And I find it sad that you're 23 and I just turned 18 and that my bench is only 15lbs less than you. If we were the same age, your comments would probably get to me, but considering you're much older than me, it sucks to be you manlet.
Yeah I just can't resist I'm sorry I'm not done. To your "progress fail" comment...In my 4 years here (did not even work out te first 1.5, nor seriously for the first 3), my bench has gone from 155 to 245, my squat from less than 175 to over 300, my deadlift from who the **** knows what to 350, and my power clean from about 115 to 240. I also went from 130lbs to 195lbs, then cut down to 180. I'm sorry but that looks like progress to me.
Oh and apparently I stuck a nerve with you, considering you took the time to add me to your "negz" list in your sig LOL. You have a SHORT temper bro, I'm guessing you have a SMALL tolerance for people over 6 feet. You really should just GROW UP...oh wait, YOU CANT HAHAHAHAHAHA
Actually no not at all. I am finding extreme amusement at how defensive/mad you're getting. Wow strong napoleon complex.
Where are your other 6 friends Angry?
and once again, i'll point out how hilarious that is to me and how depressing that is to you.im done arguing over the internet with someone that can't even see over the steering wheel in a car without sitting on a phonebook. later manlet
you don't know anything about me or my life or what situations/circumstances I've been through. you comments still have no affect whatsoever on me. I am fine with my body, and as I said, I can improve in the many years to come. and once again, I'll state the fact that you, no matter how hard you train or how much you wish otherwise, will NEVER EVER get any taller. in fact, you'll start shrinking as you age.
