When I Started:
How I Started:
I've always been involved in sports throughout highschool and my track coach was one of my greatest inspirations! She was the only female I knew who could do at least 10 unassisted pull ups. Now that I'm out of sports, I want to work on defining my physique and building more muscle.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it gets my mind off of everyday troubles and helps me to focus my attention elsewhere. I also love the feeling just after working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to stay motivated by keeping my goals in mind and of course, reading my favorite fitness magazines.
To lose 1-2 dress sizes, all while building lean muscle and losing body fat.
Goal (Long):
To ultimatly compete!! I want to be in the best shape of my life and to develop defined muscles that I can show off! I'd also like to break into the fitness modeling industry.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 15 lb

Well, I would have to say you have some potential. Just stay out of the HUB cause that has all the junk food. I eat at By Gorge underneath the Oddegard. You got status tho, keep up the good work. Im from Bellevue, Wa. got a personal training business, if you need any help let me know. Peace
Very attainable goal, just keep at the weights! You'll lose the unwanted size/fat and keep the muscle more that way, and obviously diet. Keep at it, you'll get the results you want and get addicted and want more! Have a great one - Adam
Thanks for the add & the encouraging comment. I don't plan on competing at this time, but I've thought about it. You look great- you are a beautiful girl & I can see the evidence of your hard work! Good luck achieving your goals & obtaining that competition ready figure.
I did the 110 Hurdles, 4x400 relay, Triple Jump, and 300 Meter Hurdles. Sometimes the 4x100 relay; it depended on the competition that week. Now, I just go sprinting every once in a while. =) What event did you do?
