me on vacation I didn't think I was that fat and out of shape
another pic same day you can really see that i am out of shape but i didn't start working out untill a year later cause I felt like I wasn't fat man was i wrong

Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to have a totally ripped body even when I was playing college football i was in good shape but I wasn't shreded and I want to be shreded when i go to the beach I want everyone to look at me and lets face it I want to attract beautful women and be healthy for life so that when I have kids I can play with them when I am 50 and keep up
because he works hard, gives of himeself to help everyone on this site with there fitness goals and to live a better healthier life truy of the best people you will ever have the honour of meeting
Ok I am completly stuck at my bench press weight I can not get past the 125lbs I do 2 sets of 12 and am hitting muscle failure at 12 reps then the third set I hit failure at 8reps then on my fourth set I can only get 1 rep in maybe so then I do a drop set of 12 reps at 110lbs for my fourth...
