Eat like a normal person -- Get stronger -- Get faster
Goal (Long):
I want to lose ten pounds - instead of fluctuating in the low 140's, I want to be fluctuating in the low 130's.
I also want to keep all the muscle that I have - my legs are getting more definition and size and my back looks great; I'd like to keep the same muscle size and even get bigger.
I know it's impossible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, though.
My running goal for the year is to run a 5K in 24 minutes or less and an 8K (5M) in 40 minutes.
My lifting goals are to deadlift 225 for reps, bench 150 for reps, do 3 sets of 10 pull-ups, ...

I am worn out. The day before yesterday, Tuesday, I lifted - upper body - really heavy. Then I went for a 3.1 mile run. Yesterday, Wednesday, I lifted - lower body - again, really heavy. Then I went for a 19 mile bike ride.
Today I am doing HIIT... hopefully my body will let...
