I stopped using the Workout Tracker last year (Nov. or Dec. '07). But I have been working out regularly since - I only started posting my work-outs again this July. Don't think I'm being lazy.

I am trying to tweak my diet to work well for me... I want to lose 5-10lbs of body fat. mostly in my stomach and back area. I was just wondering how many calories you usually eat per day since we are similar in height and weight?
