really didn't care about diet that much as one could tell with a mouth full of cookie. Wish I kept the body ones where I could see results from then until now, I was 236 in this pic

Its all about diet, i rarely do cardio. I just keep the food clean and time the nutrients right. Training is a huge factor as well, intensity, consistency it all matters.

haha i feel you on that one! im on keto so im trying to keep my carbs under 30g which isnt too too hard :] and everything has been going well with me, i cant wait to see more results! lol im very impatient :D

I'm doing all of the above, bro. Cardio two times a day, and clean diet. Unfortunately it was hunting weekend this past wknd so lots of family and food...temptation that I cannot resist.
