In preparation for my first competition in the spring of 2013 I have hired a coach. At the current moment, I am at a 6 day split. Which is perfect for me because that is exactly what I prefer.

Carb cycling is my routine. I have a few staples in my diet that are always there, chicken breast, fish, oats, broccoli, and spinach. My girlfriend loves to cook and experiment, so food never gets boring and is always changed up. This I feel is the best way to stick to a solid nutrition plan.

How I keep moving
The majority of my motivation comes from me wanting to better myself and have a healthier body and mind. Another large part is from my girlfriend. She is a very strong woman who is always there for me, and I do not like to let her down. We both have the same goals and aspirations which make things a lot easier. It can also come from family, friends, and complete strangers who compliment and encourage me on my physique. It is flattering and only makes me want to strive to push myself further.
Reason I joined this BodyGroup: There is not an iForce product that I have taken that I don't absolutly love and keep in my pantry (unless I loose track and forget to buy more...sad day). iCompete in Men's Physique and am always striving to be better then I was the day before. Members: 173
