I started in 2005 and was very consistent until last year when I decided to take a little "vacation" off working out. Bad idea.

Well, as usual I didn't complete all of my goals but was able to put a good dent on them. In 2008, I was able to lose 20 pounds although my body fat remained high. This meant leaving behind the 159's (hopefully forever!). That was the highest I've ever been and I don't expect to be that high...

oh man, its not even really cold here. It has been warm all this week and i even wore shorts to the gym...lol. Well the clean eating is really working :) I think its good to allow yourself a weekly cheat meal too. That is what i do :)
