Go through points where it's just like pulling teeth to get to the gym after work?  I don't feel well, I've had the ****s for 2 days and I'm just tired as poop.  I'm feeling better, my clothes are looser, but I just don't feel it.  Should I push myself to the gym or go home?  My eating...
