How I Started:
When I was 18, in tennis class - gym day, a heartless bitch laughed at me while I benched my piddly weights right next to our high school's star football player; Mike Edwards. He said "Don't pay attention to her man." Nice guy. Being in an awkward stage of life combined with being the sensitive little dude that I was in High school, I took her cruelty personally as well as deeply. Later that year, I happened to meet a guy in my vocational school who was very much into bodybuilding; Adam Hammett, at the time a 16 year old who was an aspiring bodybuilder. Adam taught me everything I needed to get started. I started reading magazines, books, information online, and whatever i could get my hands on; then i practiced what i learned as close to perfection as possible; and i love(d) it. Lifting weights has been a wonderful part of my life since then.
Why I Love It:
I like the challenge. I gain a satisfaction from focusing all my mental and physical capacity into lifting weights with as good form as possible; it makes me feel like im at the very peak of being as connected to my body as possible.
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Right now I'm currently eating like a normal person. I've implemented a Ketosis diet, a Lemonade detox diet, and a fairly balanced regular food / supplement diet.

Thnx bud.. I have no doubt that you can easily maintain your enviable physique as long as you choose to.. again, many thanks for your kind words and i wish you continued success.
just wondering with your goal if you have a hard time adding weight/mass. i certainly don't--it's actually my weakness. i gotta hit it hard to get/keep lean. it's difficult to exchange workout regimen with someone's who's body type is opposite yours. keep rockin' it man.
