hi! I m doing good and you? I workout 4 to 5 days a week, I do cardio, lift weights, so it s going well ^^ I start a diet, the hardest thing to me, yet the most important, I want to lose 5 kg (11lbs) of fat by may! how are you? what s up?

Yes, you are a good sport - I have changed it now, the brunette is back and here to stay :) The 8 pack is doing well - you can visit it in the progress pic's, lol. I have a recent shot of it there. I was stable even thru the 6 week interruption to my training from the car accident, that was good. how are you?

yes, I would recommend the Matrix. I am no longer using it, however. Now I'm using the Body-Fortress brand that you buy at Walmart....its a little easier on the wallet.

See, I empathize with that. I have to eat a double or triple helping of oatmeal before I go out with groups like that, and then I have to choose from a very limited selection of what might be left, and you know how it is - sometimes there is nothing, but at least I'm not starving at that point
