In 2009 I began driving 80 miles at least twice a week to train at The Fit Factory. This was a drive most thought was nuts. At the time I weighed 195 lbs and had just taken a hydro-static body fat test to find that I my body fat was 11.8%. Just a month ago I stepped on the scale at 248 lbs and 12% body fat according to an ultra sound body fat test. Wouldn't you like to know how I did it?
