im a wee scottish bloke from a town called barrhead (part of glasgow) but now stay in irvine (coastal town about 20 miles away) so want to move to another country though. heroin has taken a huge hold of britain and the place is getting totally crap.
you still on vacation?

hi pal, got to 3% this year but got a plan for reaching 2% next year.
trainings limited because i've got a 2 year old girl who is an energy ball and doesnt sleep much, plus have a 6 month old son whos aa monster and still has 3 feeds per night (just as well im usualy awake with his sister) plus im starting my own business at the moment so gym time has to be fitted into between 6.30am-8am monday -friday.
manageable but tough at times

hi pal, focusing on my MMA training a lot at the moment, but absolutely beasting my legs to get them bigger for shows next year. intending to blow the opposition away when i walk on that stage. you hitting your targets and goals?

hey pal, uv got a good base to work on. remember mass carries lots of fat too so maybe u shud focus more on muscle gain with minimum fat! dont wana get to focused on how much you weigh rather than good you look

depends on what you mean to bulk up. you want to put on mass or looking to put on lean muscle?
for getting bigger in general its better to have low CV. i do 2 days a week for about an hour a time and throw it together with an abs program.

if only it was that easy pal. hehe
unfortunately the folk im up againsr are usually good at ju-jitsu so i've got to try n keep them standing up and trading punches and kicks. you've got to work to ur strong points. its just like chess, uv got to out think ur opponent.

hey pal, been into my MMA for about 5 years but started as a karate guy, onto aikido then a kickboxer. was a scottish champion in 2000.
i think my main aim is to go in and break the guys jaw or arm and get the fight over a.s.a.p. hehe

a horse that loves chocolate!!
just got the chance the other day of an MMA fight in october so may have to alter my training a bit. what do you think? fight or keep trying to get bigger?

hiya, training is good but aiming to get a phenominal set of legs for next year. felt i should have had them more ripped this year.
if you need any help with diet or anything i've got a bit of knowledge that may help you to reach any goals you have. im a qualified personal trainer so may have some ideas that could help :) x
