after i had glandular fever when i was younger, i took up training to get myself in top shape and became addicted to the gym lifestyle
Why I Love It:
it just feel like its what im made to doand i couldn't imagine a life without training in it!
How I Stay Motivated:
i keep myself motivated by setting goals that are achievable and realistic then aim for them.

this is my body shape pre diet. got 17 weeks of high protein dieting to go to get me down to 2% body fat on show day.
i'll keep uploading weekly progress pics.
got a show in 2 days time and my main focus show in 8 days. still dont feel ready but will work towards it
last year i managed to reach 3% bodyfat. this year im going to try and go as low as 2% for show day.
Goal (Long):
to train and gain lean muscle over the next year or two. i dont like bulking up mass.
may also be focusing on getting an MMA fight withing the next 12 months too. depends how well i do at my show on May 17th 2008
just have a watch of Eds posing routines and tell me you dont want to get up on stage and ooze as much confidence and get as good a response from the crowd. this guy could win best posing routine if there were any categories for it.
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you to be a better parent?
im intending to teach my kids the MMA and kickboxing i know as the world is turning into a shit place and want them to have the best possible cahnce to look after themselves if they need it

Description: leg pressing 630KG for 3 reps. the rack was full so had bother keeping the additional weights on as you'll see. could have repped more if it was stable. going to try for 660Kg before the end of February
You're probably right ... and it's even more ridiculous when one realizes you can probably bend 1/2" rebar into fancy sculptures in 20 seconds flat, too :)

Hi Boss!! In the middle of a long vacation. The days at home I get to work out a lot more ... at least I'm working out on the elliptical trainer a lot more! When on the road it's fighting to eat well. :)

didn't know you were in MMA? Can you enter the fight w/o breaking the guy's jaw or arm? You're obviously going to have the muscle (and probably strength) advantage with whom you go up against.
