I think it would be cool to be able to wrestle 152 next year at my high school and place in region. I feel that bodybuilding will give me the dedication to do so. Also i have my eyes on an iron man title at my school for my senior year. (Maybe Junior if things go WAY good)

Focus on developing your TRiceps, stick to basic movements. When someone has big arms its more Triceps than biceps. You should spend no more than 15 min. for both biceps and triceps a WEEK!
