How I Started:
at the age of 14 was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis which developed intoo chrones, had 17 ops in 4 years, im 100% better now but have to live with a ileostomy bag, so to make up for this unatractive feature i started training a few years back but more seriously this year, i was told i couldnt box so i boxed anyway, was told i shouldnt workout with heavy weights so guess what? im trainning with heavy weights, if you want me to do something just tell me i cant do it and watch me prove you wrong!!!!!!!!
Why I Love It:
makes me feel better bout myself, better than watching TV, love putting myself through pain and feeling a real sense of achievment after every workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
untill i have wheels like hola, i will stay motivated
