JForm1988 hey thanks a lot man what a great idea for a group! iam happy to join and proud too say i just did a 250 lb bench press tonight to bring my total lifts too 1000 lbs exactly with a 455 lb deadlift which can be seen in my vids, and a 295 lb squat which i unfortunatley don't have footage of but i can assure you i completed ;_) and of course the bench i completed tonight at 250 lbs Apr 30, 2013 10:55pm
