255 is great man. good work. don't get too wrapped up in throwing as much weight up as possible, unless your trying to be a powerlifter its not always the most effective way to getting bigger, stronger, and leaner. I train between 3 and 7 days per week.

Hey man, you know it! Been getting in some good lifts lately! I've been working a ton more which makes it harder to lift, but that's why I go to Anytime: no excuse to miss a workout! How about you man?

Look luck man 260 is huge, i was doing 220 about 2 and a half months ago. It's amazing how fast you lose strength as apposed to gaining it lol. Yeah i plan to take it easy i don't wanna be out of action again.

No man, I'm not. Are you gonna go? How are your lifts going dude? I'm getting a little discouraged to be honest. I'm not seeing to many gains and I can't get over 180 lbs. for the life of me. Still hitting it as hard as possible though!

Sounds like you have some really good goals in mind and glad to hear your workouts are going well! Started a new workout program? Does this include changes in your diet also? What kind of program is it? I like hearing about peoples changes they make in their programs and how their body responds to it. Best of luck with your goals!

Good, real good actually, thanks. Lifts are going up and definition has increased. How have yours been? Actually Friday, I weighed in at 182lbs. I have been on a ketosis diet for the last 1.5 months at a maintenance calorie level. I decided for the next 4 weeks, I want to cut to approx 175lbs, whichever comes first. Maybe maintenance level for a few weeks then a ketosis bulk cycle. We will see how it goes.

If your working out solid try taking some serious mass 2x a day for 2-3 months and you will definately get there without a problem!
