How I Started:
My freshman year of highschool, I started weight training to become a better soccer player, wrestler, and baseball player. I always had a small frame. I wrestled 96 my freshman year, and by my senior wrestled 130. My freshman year of college is when I started to seriously weight train though, I am about 160 pounds now.
Why I Love It:
I have loved watching my body transform, and seeing myself get stronger, and my confidence increase.
How I Stay Motivated:
Trying to increase body.
BB Accomplishments:
My biggest goal all through highschool was 225, and I finally got that about six months ago, now I have my eyes set on 275.
