How I Started:
the need to take care of my body because it is where the Holy Spirit lives is a big part of it. But also because it feels good to look good and be healthy and to get results from working hard and having discipline.
Why I Love It:
The hope of amazing results and the increased strength, plus I can fill out my clothes better with the added muscle.

Surrounding myself with what I want to become and by staying away from temptations and negative influences.

Goal (Long):
I am so tired of people thinking I am younger than I am because of how thin I am. I want to have the strength, and energy that someone my age should have. Basically I need to completely change the way I eat, and increase the amount of sleep I get. Ultimately, I envision myself at 190 pounds with washboard abs, 17" arms, thick chest, big shoulders, and calves, and completely well defined at no more 8% body fat.
