I needed to gain some muscle mass while losing body fat. Needed to make changes in my lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
It just makes me feel good and it's great to set goals and meet them. I have an addiction disorder so I might as well be addicted to something that is good for me. It makes me want to live a healthier lifestyle and relapse is NOT an option.
How I Stay Motivated:
Never lose sight of my goals. I want to see how far I can take this. I want to look back and say that I gave it my all. No regrets.
BB Accomplishments:
Put on 21 pounds in 8 weeks.

Where do you get your workout programs?
I usually do splits. Chest+Triceps, Back+Biceps, Shoulders+legs. I try to workout the muscle groups evenly. I am striving for balance. I also include either cardio or core in there as well.

About the same, I finished last winter at 205, and then 206 in the summer. I'm actually getting a black widow pearl drilled tomorrow, so hopefully that can do me some justice!
