How I Started: I wanted to add more muscle and reading about guys like dorian yates and arnold and others inspired me to do better for myself. I also needed to lose weight and i think i am in some way reaching my goal.
Why I Love It: working out is something i always have on my mind and i really enjoy nearly all my work outs

Hi, I started train in august 2003 with 212lbs and 18" arms. After 4 years I´m gained up to 357lbs and 26" arms. But this is first the beginning. I wanna be huge someday...

4 days is plenty! And as for the basement, maybe b/c I'm on the other side of the world, but I just left the commerciasl gym to train at home! Grass is always greener!
