I have progressed in bringing my bodyfat% down to 8.40% as of this Thursday. The more I see my body changing the more I like it! Makes a huge difference to see yourself pose, see defined arms which I always dreamed of and still working in lunges to continue to improve my back and also more shoulders but all good so far! Dont' want to get stressed as date gets closer, but continue to have fun with it.! With that said, any good pumping songs you can suggest for cardio! I sure can use them to get me going. Thanks! :)
