Oh wow .. a year ago eh? well we continue to get better and better. Being persistant and loyal to my wkouts do and did pay at end. Off to National Masters in 2010. Look forward and never stop training hard. Thank you for your nice comment.

Hey girl, thank you so much! Sorry for the delay, I haven't been here much. This month I've hit 2 competitions and next one in less than 2wks! I'm basically pulling energies and I don't know from where? Probably from being fanatic at this sport :)

Hi there and thank you for your comment. Yes, I'm small frame and yet I do want to do bodybuilding from figure. I guess I'm a muscle fanatic but so hard to achieve it. So hard to be very strong at 50!

Thank you so much.. actually I need to update this pic as I just competed a wk ago. I did well and at 49 I want to keep going and going.. no end for me! the more I do these competitions the more of a muscle fanatic I become!! Glad you got over anorexia? Gosh! I've never known anyone with that but being that you're slim, you have no fat to loose and just gain and gain and gain.. You will look even better for a bikini contest. :)

Hey there! sorry it took me a while but wanted to thank u for your nice comment. as a matter of fact I did my 1st show in san diego March 21st. and placed top 5 out of 12 girls, I am very happy and proud. I saw your pics of 2008 so I'd think you have done a lot more progress by now? I do wish it is so. Best of luck!!

I know it's been a while since ur nice comment but wanted to Thank you!! I just made top 5 in Masters in San Diego on March 21st so for my first show this year, I'm very happy.

I follow Keith Klein's nutritionist advice. In and out of season and he is the guilty one for my looks. He is awesome! I do not take creatine, upsets my stomach, blows me up also. The only supplements? Multi Vitamins, a fat burner if it helps you go a bit farther on ur wkouts and amino acids before and after wkout. water and my 6 meals. An hr cardio 7 days.. sometimes on slow days I only do 1/2 but try not to miss any day. Helps my body get going!

Just read your profile and WOW you have gone through hell and back I'd say.. BUT..since you're back? I admire you for that and for knowing you're well worth it. It's all about persistance and being positive no matter what. Letting no one stop you from your goals. You will do great as you already have :) Keep it up .. the older we get the more AWESOME we look!

Well Masters meaning that you are past 35 you still keep up w/urself? and one of the judges dare tells me I didn't place higher because competing in Class A was just harder to compete w/the young ones that automatically have it? BS.. I do not have cellulitis as some at 25 do! I am 6% lean and wanted to tell him he needed to get in better shape himself! DORK!! but.. all good as long as I know I'm in shape and know to ignore stupidity from others.
