How I Started:
Started working out when I was 15 and weighed 120lbs. My max bench was 95 lbs. Lifted on an off till I was 20. Been going 2 hours a day, 3-4 days a week since.
Why I Love It:
Enjoy it. Helps burn off steam and I love the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing I dont want to be what I was.

thanks man! haven't been cutting but just maintaining weight. dude you put on some size in the new avi. bench strength is really taking off - wouldn't be surprised if you hit 455 b4 the end of the year at your current b/w. btw, how your other lifts coming? inspiring strength for sure.
For sure, will do. I was thinking of doing my lower back, but I just didn't want to be another girl with that tattoo. The back of my neck is the next best thing and I think it's sexy in a less obvious way, I don't need to draw attention to my lower spine and beyond, have enough there already..lol!

Training going well, but a need a new workout routine. thats what i search about 1 month :) I cant find the good one.
I know!! but I have gone for small designs, plus my boyfriend isn't too keen on lots of ink so I have to find a happy medium. I like the idea of one on the back of my neck - something to look at back there..oops, naughty me..LMAO!
Thanks! lol I'm not trying to lose weight. I have a little bit more body fat to lose, but I'm gaining muscle more than anything. In the past year I've gained 6 pounds, but lost inches. I look and feel leaner than ever! :)
