When I Started: Aug 2010
HOW I STARTED:

My body image was not what I wanted to be. So, it was either sit there and complain, or do something about it. I choose to start doing something about it.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I get to push myself as far as I can. Everytime. I come home sore, exhausted and happy.

Day 19/20/21/22

So I kinda slacked a bit over the last four days so I'm gonna try to get it all caught up in this post. Day 19: Last week ended pretty good, I got my workout (shoulders/abs) in late at night and felt good about that. I also managed to stay 90% on track with the diet over that day. No beer even though we went out TWICE for drinks, and i had my own pre-prepared food so didn't deviate on that. Day 20/21: So these were my two rest days. Each day I started out great with eggs/toast for breakfast and a protien shake for mid-snack. And from there it started getting not so great. Especially Sunday, we...

Day 18: Poor Food...

So I've learned a few things today about diet for this kind of a transformation. Number 1: Making the same type of food for both lunch/dinner is BAD and BORING Number 2: I really don't care much for canned tuna or canned turkey Number 3: When making tuna/turkey salad with veggies DON'T add in your greek yogurt until right before you eat it otherwise the texture gets gross as does the food. Basically I just burned myself out on what I made for the week. I'm still forcing myself to eat it, but definitely NOT liking it. Taste/texture/everything about it is pretty bad. Day 17: Keep Trekking

Well yesterday was day 17. It was also my weigh in day. I'm pretty much exactly where I was last week which I think is a good thing considering the weekend of crappy eating. Not really a whole lot else to say, besides the fact that I REALLY don't like chest. It's gotta be my weakest muscle group and I just don't like the exercises. Other than that though had a good day of food and everything. Tonight is my second go around of legs which is going to burn since my legs are still sore from Monday.
