i do cardio EVERYDAY twice a day...probably jog about 6-8miles per day. i enjoy it though..been doing it for 5 years thats probably why i have good calves.
keep that goal in my mind...game on and you're going to look kick ass and give me a run for my money

not at all. i dont count calories or grams of carbs or protein. i do it instinctively...its somethings not working i lower my carbs..which is last resort or i up my cardio.
yeah bro every saturday night! i eat what ever in one sitting, though last sat after dinner i came home and had some sweets LOL then the rest of the week, same diet and training regiment. i think you need that cheat meal for your body and mind...but its not always best for everyone. i've been perfecting my regiment for 5 years so i'm use to it and my body knows what to expect
dude that is an insane about of protein. i dont believe in eating 1-2grams per bodyweight. i only eat just enough to pack on the muscle...the least amount as possible. i also make sure that i include a cheat meal once a week...helps me mentally & physically. i've been doing this for 5 years and it works. i dont like to be super strict so i bust my ass all day in and out of the gym.

I have that scale you are speaking of but I heard that it can be off because of the amount of fluid in your body and other variables. I just rely on the mirror. When I see more veins like in my arms or shoulders, I know that I am making progress... the scale will always mislead people because weight fluctuates because of sodium/water...so I try not to rely on any type of scales that much...
I am probably going to take progress pics in the second week of May. Im a little scared to be honest with you because I am so critical of myself and I am my own worst critic.
My abs are still invisible and I still see lovehandles an flabby skin but I know the results are coming in because Im still losing weight even though im eating 8 meals a day and drinking 2 gallons of water!! I believe your changes will be dramatic when you take progress pics or measure yourself on the scale one day. I didnt feel I was making dramatic changes until people at work were telling me they are noticing the changes to my face!!

After cardio last night, I weighed myself.... 239 pounds...no shirt, no shoes, with sox and shorts! Thats a 12 pound weight loss from 251 pounds (May 4th) to 239 pounds (April 30th). **I wasnt going to rely on the scale to track my progress but I was curious to see if I had lost any weight. Ive been starting to see striations beginning to show through in my deltoids and the veins in my chest are coming back : ) From today (May 1st), we have 75 days left until the deadline (July 14th).
