Heard that Boise show is a good one. U look ready to get on stage! First show was Rocky Mtn in Denver - did novice lightweight. Then CO Pro/Am - open welter, then did NPC Jr Nationals 2 the last 2 yrs. Compete mostly as a welterweight (165lbs max)

Nice..thats for the advice. I'm definitely doing more HIIT cardio this time...that low intesity stuff did cut me enough. Keep up the great work man I'm sure you'll come in lookin diced!

Yeah...I definitely gain a lot since the competition. I probably won't compete again for another 7 months after this one, so hoping to put on another 20lbs. That's awesome though if you're coming in 13lbs heavier, stage weight, thats awesome bro..keep it up..how do you get so cut man...your striations are ridiculous. How do you get so dry?

My cut's going pretty well. I'm on 200, 100, 50, 0, 0 for carbs right now..so I'm pretty exhausted by that second 0 day. I'm hoping to come in around 220. What is your weight goal?

Good to hear the bulk is going well, I definitely know how it goes. When I bulked, I basically still ate pretty clean, but just jacked up my carbs and calorie intake. I was going heavy and hard in the gym every day! Also, every four weeks or so I'd cycle my carbs and do a "mini-cut" just to keep my body guessing so I wouldn't plateau...I think that actually really helped

Nice bro! The first shoot was good. I was there with a few other guys who are all doing nationals in a few weeks, and all had done like at least 10-15 shows, so I felt a little out of place...but I'll take it..haha. My show is Nov 14, so just cutting hard now. Hows your training? Hows the bulking goin?
