How I Started:
I started out a few years ago with only cardio, running mainly but never weights. My sister started lifting and completely changed her body-she was hot! So I started lifting and I fell in love with it also.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel strong and sexy and I love looking like I could kick some ass if needed:)
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to be an example to my girls - they are 10 and 8 yrs old. It is a scary world for girls now days, all the preasure from the tv and magazines of how you are supposed to look. I want them to be proud of who they are and also take care of their bodies through exercise and proper diet. Also Seeing others accomplishments. I love the way I feel after a workout. Its my crack!

im doing good i guess..considering its monday. how was your st. pattys day? doing anything fun over the weekend? i didnt do much, trying to stick to this diet but its so hard when all your friends are out drinking and partying but im sure it will be worth giving that up anyways for awhile
