So, my jaw has been healed for a while now and I've been working out and running. I've only gained back 5lbs, but I'm maintaining good muscle mass and deffination as well as strength for my wieght. Thanks for all the words of encouragement and advice
I want to break 2/3 National records for the USAPL women's 114 class and maybe do a few figure contests while I'm at it!! I've got my bench up to 175, deadlift around 220 and squat about 185!!
