How I Started:
I was a really short kid growing up before I hit a growth spurt. I turned to lifting for some size for myself and for the sports I played. Had a barbell and 2 15lbs dumbells to start with and just expanded from there.
Why I Love It:
The way it makes you feel day in and day out. You would think you would be tired after destroying your body in the gym, but instead it energizes you even more for that day.
How I Stay Motivated:
MUSIC! Just a few great rock songs can put a huge rush in me and make me ready for the day at the gym. And of course seeing results, hearing people notice your newfound size, and putting up weights that seemed so impossible.
BB Accomplishments:
I want to weigh 225, bench 400, squat around 500, have 19-20 inch arms, and maintain less than 8% body fat.

LOL. I'm on/off my training schedules and diet. Mostly due to my lack of motivation. But the minute I gain a few lbs. I'm back on track. I'm never getting fat again.
