wrist sprain, still have it. bicep tendon torn, about two weeks every 3 or 4 months (I really should get it looked at)

Body Armor METAL top With Nike Black shorts. The Top Breathes amazingly and doesn't gt in the way when I lift. The bottom keeps me legal in the gym. :)

honestly my abs are DEFINETLY not the best, but I know about 80% of cutting abs relies on diet. I do abs about every other day (prob. 3-4 exercises with 3-4 reps of 15-20). I alternate weighted plates with some exercises. I'll try to post some of my ab exercises and you could give them a try, with more weight of course!
