How I Started:
I started really lifting weights when I was in Iraq for OIF III in 2005. Hit it pretty hard for a while and then I got married and stopped. But I'm back at it again
Why I Love It:
It keeps me feeling normal and it helps me feel better about myself because I can see the improvements. Not to mention how much more energy it gives me.
How I Stay Motivated:
This is a hard one. I'm usually not very motivated to go to the gym but as soon as I'm there I don't want to leave.

Certainly not heavy for your height but excellent muscle and definition already. Excellent back pose showing thickly muscled and shredded back with solid lats and peaks on arms. Solid chest. Congrats on job well done so far and continued success. André
