What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Pushed my shoulders too much. Just laid off heavy lifting for about a week. I also have been diagnosed with exercised induced compartment syndrome; basically my calves swell pretty big when I run or exercise, and they tend to cut off nerves and circulation to the lower parts of my legs, causing my feet to go numb, and the muscles to knot up something really fierce.Pushed my shoulders too much. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
My wife suffers from fibromyalgia, which is a muscular conditions that creates daily joint and muscle pain. I am in search of any information that might lead to a training program and diet program for her to start on. Thanks.
