Billy - just lift efficiently and try keep your body fat down. Try http://www.ast-ss.com/max-ot/m ax-ot_intro.asp that's what I used but it may not be best for you. Just try different things and keep at it. I don't really remember anything specific because I stopped lifting a while back.

If you woudnt mind could u give me some pointers on how to get a chest and set of abs like yours i would appreciate it. I am 17 5 foot 4 , 145 pounds please help. I just started lifting with two heavy dumbells. Thanks , Billy.
