Posted in Working Out : Jan 31, 2012 8:13pmAlright. So..today was interesting. It's the official first day of the 12 week challenge that I'm 100 percent (60/40 sure) sure that I'm going to win. I've never been so captivated by anything in my life. Who knew that so much science went into improving one's form. I never knew that I would have to sit here and develop such an important strategy to feeding my body. Here's what I had today.
Meal 1:
1 bottle of Muscle Milk

1 cup of oats
