How I Started:
we did a random workout day in school to see what everybodys max bench was, and i toped all of them so i continued with it.
Why I Love It:
to see how far i can push myself to the extreme weight.
How I Stay Motivated:
heavy metal music, only way to lift.lol

i have lifted over 1000 pounds on a calf raise machine, i dont know, i think thats pretty impresive. haha
