To drop to 7-8% body fat while maintaining the strength I have developed this past year.
Goal (Long):
I would eventually like to weigh and maintain a healthy 220-230. At 6-2 I have very long muscle heads so my overall mass disappears. So overall I would like to be big and strong enough to show my mass despite my disadvantage.
Yup that's how I see it but many others disagree. Oh well. Last time I did abs was Tuesday and I started out with 43 crunches with 35 Lbs. on my chest. A record for me actually. Then I did 20 slow crunches with 25 lbs. then about 20 knee raises with the 10Lb. ball and drop the ball, 9 more bodyweight, then a set of 20 knee raises just bodyweight. I did a set of 20 crunches really slow on a swiss ball too that day.
