It relieves daily stress from school etc., makes me feel good about myself, increases my confidence and body image, and it's challenging!
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pics of bodies I can realistically emulate, such as Ciara (the singer). I also consider the fact that i might want to be a personal trainer one day, so i need to look good!

I am back in school now but I am going to do my best to go to the gym 3 times per week and put in some serious work. I want to gain at least 3.5 lbs of muscle by the end of 2008. I will mainly be doing compound exercises such as rows, military press, squats, etc. I will increase my caloric intake and supplement with syntha-6, ON whey, and Up Your Mass.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Basically just trying to get in as many "good" calories as possible. I try to get at least 100g of protein a day and plenty of complex carbohydrates from cereal, bread, oatmeal, etc.
It's been 7 months since my last post! Since then I've graduated from Michigan State and I quit working out around then (June) because I moved back home and couldn't afford a membership. Also I was working at a day camp 5 days a week.
I finally got a membership to Powerhouse about 4 weeks...
i'll b honest lil mama..if u dont have a good stomach it MAY b a lil harsh to u. i'm ALWAYS energized on it..but it "cleanses" my system, ya dig? not the hubby tho..different strokes for different folks, but it gets the job done.that's WHY it will continue to b in my house..let me know how it goes ma.peace..
me and the hubby both are taking NO SHOTGUN..it gives me a burn/tingling sensation for a few minutes.(until i touch the weights!)my endurance is thru the roof tho! hubby is envious! ha!:-)it def. helps when u dont want to b there..i'm buying it again...
my workout is going great honey..is ur bf still at 18%? u definitely got the body! get those abs!! this is the yr! i'm gonna get me some abs too!!! lol..one darn day!!
