How I Started:
All my life i have been into sports but i was always the little guy or the skinny kid so i wanted to improve my strengh and get bigger. And i since a little kid like to pick up heavy things like heavy rocks lol so i like it, and i started with a simple routine (no weights pushups,pull ups,chinups,dips) with no diet i started to see diference in my body so i picked up the weights
Why I Love It:
because it makes stronger and better in sports, and gives a good healthy lifestyle
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing my self in the mirror and seeing the changes that my body has, bodyspace, my girlfriend, magazines, and knowing that i can protect my girlfriend
BB Accomplishments:
running 10k in 35 minutes , doing 3 sets of pushups 50 ,60 ,70 total 180 pushups in 6 or seven minutes , finishing the 300 workout in 20 minutes doing the cross fit workout in 27 minutes,

haha awesome! Ya, I seriously doubt you'll be able to run at all. I couldn't even walk properly for about 4-5 days after I hit it hard.

I go super heavy on calves. The thing to remember is to go all the way down and all the way up....pausing at the top of each rep. I pretty much just do standing calf raises, seated and sets of standing 30's (10 toes pointed in, 10 feet straight while shoulder width apart and 10 toes facing out....I usually do about 90 lbs). The 30's will MURDER your calves and give all around separation.
