Lose body fat, gain muscle. Have more energy through proper eating and activity to keep up with my toddler and newborn.
Goal (Long):
I am ready to lose this fat I have gained from having my two kids. I used to be a consistent bodybuilder and personal trainer. Being a SAHM has made it more difficult now but I am up for the challenge of learning to cook healthy meals for me and my family and balance exercising with maintaining the home and kids.

I want to LOSE 25 lb
