How I Started:
I've always loved the look of muscle on a woman so I joined up with an online trainer. Her program was great and I learned alot but I didnt get the results I was after - I have been doing my own experimenting with what works for me ever since
Why I Love It:
I love feeling strong, and seeing the changes in the mirror. I love to sweat and puff and strain - I get a real sense of accomplishment when I progress
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror. Seeing my biceps become visible for the first time was fantastic. I'd never had visible biceps before! I'm looking forward to more changes - my first glimpse of abs is going to be mindblowing :)
nothing to report. Feeling miserable today so may be going back into keto after the carb up. Not sure - my carbs the last two days have been under 10g (net) so if I'm not already, I will be soon.

My hypoglycemia...well right now for my cut im on a cycle of sorts, 2 days NO, yep NO carbs, then 1 day only at bfast, then 2 No days, then only at bfast day and a cheat meal, followed on sunday with a load day..works well for me, so far no issues..
You are doing awesome! I know how you feel though I am 5' 6" also and at 148lb. So we are about the same! lol I hate my back fat! ;-P It and my outer thighs are the worst for me right now.
just wanted to say great job on the progress. i can totally relate, cause i have two boys, and i'm a nurse. plus trying to get to the gym 4-5 times a week. can be stressful, but i've kinda got myself into a routine now!! keep on working hard!!:)
well i just got done doing day three of lean programe now im going to do some cardio at the gym i am aimming also to do extra cardio on my working days off
