I have always enjoyed being active hunting, fishing, swimming and playing hockey.I have always tried to stay in good shape.
Why I Love It:
I love the way you feel when you have just finished a heavy set and your muscles are screaming the endorphines have kicked in and all your tension and stress has left your body
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking in the mirror and my friend that I work out with.
