Started to eat clean again, now at 17% fat.... And I lost some muscle cuz I moved to Belgium... from Greece... Trying to find a good college a good gym ect. ITs been fuken crazy lol
Add more mass to upper pecs, arms, rear delts and rhomboids. Over the next 18 months I'm aiming to increase my overall bodyweight to 235-245 pounds and under 10% BF. I think that will put me over the top from an athletic build into more of a bodybuil
