Workout Program:
i just keep to these days and it works out for me pretty well. for as what exersises i do i do all compound movements firs then move down to iso movements.

Monday
Chest and triceps

Tuesday
Legs and calves

Wensday
Back and arms

Thursday
PARTY!!!!

Friday
Chest and triceps

saturday
Legs and calves i also hit the back and arm a lil bit

Sunday
relax
