How I Started:
I first started lifting freshman year right before school started to get ready for football. my body was alot different back then since i thought if i was just bigger then people i could crush them.
Why I Love It:
i love working out just because the way i feel when im at the gym. everything that had happend that day just goes away and i just lift.

my friends at the gym there always pushing me. i love friendly competion

ummm well ive slimmed down from 285 so thats a big acomplishment. i jus ima have to find me a pic of me being that big to prove it :(
well i did lower body today. my squat was pretty good but after ahwhile my stomach started to get up set and it started to mess with my lift. when somthing like this happens ussaly happens i just lower the weight and do high reps. soi just finished my squat with 3 sets of 315 for 15. it...
i just keep to these days and it works out for me pretty well. for as what exersises i do i do all compound movements firs then move down to iso movements.
Everything is going great!! It's nice and kind of warm today, so after the stairmaster at the gym today I went out and went sprinting!! I want some sexy legs!!!
LOL...I actually just recently bought a size 16 jeans like a month ago and could barely get them up my thighs. I wore those jeans to work last Friday O-KAY!!! I am going to do the same thing again but this time I'll get a 14 and work my way into them. Do you compete?
when my back was a little flat, i started doing deadlifts and rack deadlifts, and my back blew up! and my deadlift max over doubled!
and for width i like doing pullups will failure supersetted with heavy pulldowns to shock the lats!

thanks man for the encouragement , so could you tell me how to get that chest line that you have between your pecs ? I am losing bf% and went from 17.1% to 14.5% and am on my way to 8-10% when can I expect abs to really show like yours?
