Getting older has a funny way of bringing junk on! It's funny at times and at other times (when another chicks ass is where your's once was) it's not. Besides, I was starting to make those dreaded "remember when" comments, plus, those sexy little numbers were starting to look compromising on me! Did I mention it stops being funny at some point?
Why I Love It:
I like the challenge and I like to sweat.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look up chics with hot bodies and I think...yeah, I want to look like that. Vanity, it's a good thing.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting up in the morning and investing the time is a major accomplishment in itself...baby steps!
I'm not in this for a short term. I'll give this some more thought!
Goal (Long):
I like to keep my weight between 95 to 100 pounds. I'm petite and I feel better at this weight. So, I'd like to lose about 5 to 7 pounds, reduce my bodyfat. As far as size is concerned, don't want to get big, do want to get strong, defined and cut.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 7 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%

hey im not trainin near as much as i should. im consistant though even when i struggle to make it a few days a week (i maintain)
However i am in the process of cuttin now. Just inside of 5 weeks out.
I've taken a 6-8 week break from training... needed a new routine... and some new motivation... Something doesn't seem to be adding up tho... All this time off.. and I'm hitting more home runs in softball than when i was training hard! lol how's training for you?
